We charge 20% of the published rate for our full management service, or 10% for our digital marketing service. Next Level Villas pricing is based on commission per reservation, no additional monthly management fees are charged.
Why We Charge Based on Published Rates
We are committed to putting your needs first. Unlike other companies that may have conflicting interests when it comes to revenue sharing, we charge a flat fee based on your advertised rental rate. Our transparent and easy-to-understand pricing model ensures that you can trust us to always act in your best interests as we only charge our management fee when your villa is booked, which means we have a vested interest in ensuring your property generates the highest possible rental income.
Our flat fee of 20% of the advertised rental rate covers everything you need for our full management service. From marketing to guest, and staff management, we take care of all aspects of managing a villa to its full potential. If you only need marketing, we also offer a marketing-only service for 10% of your rental rate.
