We provide regular cleaning and maintenance services to ensure that the villa is always in top condition for guests. This includes daily cleaning, regular pool maintenance, gardening, and any necessary repairs or maintenance. We can also provide additional services as requested by the villa owner.
What is the pricing structure for your villa management services?
At Next Level Villas, we offer two pricing options for our luxury villa management services. Our full management service, charged at a flat 20% of your villa's advertised rental rate, includes everything from cleaning and maintenance to guest communication and online booking management.
Alternatively, our marketing-only option, charged at 10% of your villa's advertised rental rate, is perfect for villa owners who prefer to handle guest communication and villa management tasks themselves but still want to benefit from our marketing expertise. Both options are designed to maximize your rental income while tailoring our services to your specific needs.
What are the requirements for my villa to be managed by your company?
We welcome all villa owners who are interested in our management services to submit their property for consideration. Our team will work with you to ensure that your villa meets our standards for safety, comfort, and quality, and will provide guidance and support to help you get there.
We offer a free visit and assessment of your property, where we can discuss any necessary improvements or changes to ensure that your villa is up to our standards. How do you handle repairs and maintenance issues that arise during guest stays?

We handle all aspects of rental income collection and distribution, including processing payments, tracking expenses, and ensuring timely payments to the villa owner. We provide regular reports to the villa owner to ensure transparency and accountability.
What is your process for screening and selecting guests to stay at my villa?
At Next Level Villas, we take great care in screening and selecting guests to ensure that they are a good fit for your villa and will treat it with respect.
Our thorough screening process includes requiring guests to provide identification and payment information. We also have guests sign off on house rules and pay a security deposit or bond to ensure that they are aware of their responsibilities during their stay.
